Tom Lanseer turns barrier-breaking principles into tangible, measurable results. And he learned to do it in the real world. As a black belt and captain of the U.S. Karate Team, Tom Lanseer focused the vision of his novice contenders and, against all odds, captured the Pan American Championship. As an educator, administrator, and team leader, Tom Lanseer broke down long-standing staff barriers and created cross-discipline teaching teams, leading his school to the National School of Excellence Award. As an advertising executive, Tom Lanseer identified changing customer needs and created customer-focused solutions. He led his company to record-breaking earnings and achieved honors as Salesman of the Year.
Now, as a professional speaker, Tom Lanseer provides a how-to, bottom line approach to personal achievement and organizational effectiveness. From the opening moment when Tom smashes a stack of wood into pieces with his bare hands, to the dramatic conclusion when he teaches a member of the audience how to put their fist through a solid, inch-thick board, one message is clear. His programs transcend motivational pep talks, creating a "nothing can stop us from getting the job done!" determination in his audience.

Tom Lanseer created and managed a federally funded outreach program for disadvantaged youth, an achievement that catapulted him to a teacher training specialist. This was the beginning of a life long passion, a passion for helping others believe in themselves through public speaking.
When he entered the business world, Tom Lanseer faced the uncertainty of changing his career. Instead of focusing on problems, he invented solutions. Instead of getting lost in the crowd, he made customer service his point of difference. As a result, Tom Lanseer earned Salesman of the Year in his first year on the job.
Living life with energy and enthusiasm, Tom Lanseer has written a monthly business column and is an award-winning poet. He has served as a consultant on motion pictures ranging from Michael Mann's Manhunter to the blockbuster hit Robo Cop, as well as serving as a consultant to the Grammy-winning Orpheus Chamber Orchestra.
