The Stars of Beatlemania production spans the entire gamut of Beatle's groundbreaking career. Opening the show with a recreation of the Beatles legendary performance on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1964, the group is dressed in the black suits and Beatle boots the Beatles wore. To accurately and authentically recreate the sights as well as the sounds of the Four Lad From Liverpool, the band members play the original Gretch, Rickenbaker and Hofner guitars through the same model Vox amplifiers the Beatles played through. Early Beatle era songs include: I Want to Hold Your Hand, She Loves You, A Hard Day's Night, I Saw Her Standing There and Can't Buy Me Love.
he Stars of Beatlemania lead the audience down the long and winding road, from the innocence of the early 1960's through the psychedelia of 1967. The band reappears on stage wearing exact replicas of costumes from the Sgt. Pepper period, performing such masterpieces as: Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, With a Little Help From My Friends, Hello Goodbye, Penny Lane and A Day In The Life.
The show climaxes with the band transporting the audience to the year 1969 and the final phase of the Beatle's remarkable career. Wearing the costumes from the famous Abbey Road album cover, The Stars Of Beatlemania perform such classics as Let It Be, Hey Jude, Something, Get Back, and Revolution.
David Leon, as John Lennon, plays guitar, keyboards, bass, and vocals. He starred in the Broadway and motion picture productions of Beatlemania. He has also performed with The Rembrandts and with such 1960's legends as Mitch Ryder, Tiny Tim, The Three Dog Night, Badfinger, Herman's Hermits, and Dion.
Alan LeBoeuf portrays Paul McCartney on bass, guitar, keyboards, and vocals. He portrayed Paul McCartney in Broadway's cast of Beatlemania. After two years on Broadway, he moved to Nashville to form the hit country act, Bailey and the Boys, who were signed to RCA and had seven straight top ten hits on the country charts. He also toured with Legends In Concert before rejoining his Beatlemania band mates in The Stars Of Beatlemania.
David Brighton, as George Harrison, plays guitar, keyboards, bass, and does vocals. He played lead guitar for the hit arena rock act, Quiet Riot, before portraying the quiet Beatle in many of the world's top Beatle acts. He has also performed with international superstars such as David Bowie, Little Richard, Kenny Loggins and Stevie Wonder.
Carroll "Beaver" Parker portrays Ringo Starr on drums and vocals. He has a well-rounded career in the entertainment industry. He has recorded with stars such as Peabo Bryson and Nigel Olsson. He has also performed in concert with Herman's Hermits, Paul Davis, and the cast of Beatlemania throughout the world.
