After graduating from Pusan National University in 1981, Jinsoo Terry became a Leading Engineer and Manager of the R&D Department in the Ilshin Corporation, Korea--a man's job in a man's world. She immigrated to the USA in 1985 where she made her way up the ladder, despite her very limited English. Her skills in managing the widely global workforces at these companies led to a demand for her to train international business managers on how to do business in the USA, to speak at International events on the subject, and to help the US Department of Commerce with global trade issues. She has been involved in many initiatives to help those for whom English is a second language and who are struggling to make it in the USA. She has long since overcome her own cultural and language barriers.

F.U.N. Management, a business philosophy developed by Ms. Terry, is not about being funny and clowning around. F.U.N. stands for Fun, Unique, and Nurturing. Fun includes humor but it is a way of looking at things in a positive and unserious manner that works.
Throughout her life and her career, Jinsoo Terry has shown a remarkable ability and tendency to WIN! She accomplishes everything she sets out to do through her positive attitude, her persistence, and her certainty that she can do it.
