As managing director of AMONAVIE (previously known as Geneva Consulting Group), Ms. Chan-Herer advises executives, professionals and organizations on innovation, leadership, management, communication, and marketing to maximize their ROI. She has coached successful executives, gifted engineers and talented individuals since 1989. San Francisco-based AMONAVIE celebrates its 18th anniversary in 2007. KC Chan-Herur has had more than 30 years of international living and working experience across four continents. This multilingual global citizen brings to every assignment, her American leadership, French joie de vivre, Chinese work ethics, Latin warmth and unique world insights. Ms. Chan-Herur is the author of the internationally recognized book, Communicating with Customers Around the World. Her work has been featured on CNBC's Power Lunch, The Los Angeles Times, and Working Woman and various international media. Her new book, Innovation, Passion and Leadership, the first of a series based on years of research, is scheduled for publication in 2007. KC Chan-Herur shares with her two sons her passions for innovation, improvisational theater, culture, art and food from around the world. Ms. Chan-Herur earned a Master in Business Administration at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor in Science in Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley. She has lectured at the University of California at Berkeley and the University of San Francisco.
